主要职责/ Key Duties and Responsibilities


  1. 掌握产品技术要点,熟悉销售流程,能够独立的完成项目跟踪。
    Be familiar with the technical aspects of the products and selling process. Able to independently follow through and close projects.
  2. 重点开发,挖掘新客户群体,掌握项目信息,通过经常性的联系,把客户发展成美利肯长期客户。
    Focus on identifying and developing new clients, dig out project information. Keep regular contacts with key clients and turn projects into repeat customers of Milliken.
  3. 带领代理商服务客户,锁定业主关键决策人,设计公司,项目管理公司,工程承保公司等各类客户群体。

Provide guide to dealers on key accounts development, identify key decision makers of end user, design firms, PM companies and contractors.


  1. 支持团队其他同事开展业务,提供项目信息,协助完成重点客户的跟进工作。

Support other team members with new project leads, help them with working on key clients.


  1. 保持在市场上的活跃程度,积极参与各类推广活动,为公司提供及时的市场动态,同业动态信息。

Stay active in the market, and involve in all types of promotional activities. Provide timely feedback to the management on markets and industry.


  1. 开拓新的市场,宣传美利肯品牌。
    Develop new market and create brand awareness of Milliken.
  2. 和其他区域同事密切沟通,共同服务区域性重点客户。
    Work with other regional teams and cover regional and global accounts properly.


职务要求/ Requirements


  1. 本科学历
    University degree
  2. 3-4年相关工作经验
    3 to 4 years related experience in
  3. 能独立工作但具有团队精神
    Able to work independently while being a team player
  4. 良好的处理工作压力的能力
    Able to work under pressure and tight time frame
  5. 熟练使用电脑及各种office软件
    Good PC skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office
  6. 良好的书面及口头沟通能力
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. 具有主观能动性,工作上的灵活性和创新性
    Possess high levels of initiative, motivation, flexibility and creativity to deliver results
