Summer 2025 HR Intern
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Corporate Human Resources department is responsible for various areas, including but not limited to: HR Operations, Benefits & Retirement, Compensation and Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We interact with global, cross functional teams to execute on world-wide, HR strategic projects as well as day to day HR operations. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the inner-workings and key processes of a leading a global company's HR department while completing projects and supporting daily activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
During your internship you will work on projects in one or more of the following areas:
- Benefits & Retirement
- Marketing & Internal Communications
- Associate Relations
- Talent Acquisition
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Compensation
- Human Capital Management
- Talent Management (including Organizational Development & Succession Planning)
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
- Rising Junior/Senior in a Bachelor’s Degree program in HR or related field of study
- Strong interest in HR functions
- Strong written and oral communication
- Microsoft proficient
- Ability to work 40 hours/week
