POSITION OVERVIEW

This position will report to the Textile Division Sourcing Director and is located at our headquarters in Spartanburg, SC.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with suppliers, credit, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy of data and documents required for supplier set up in SAP.
  • Facilitate compilation of information to procure materials, including company information, and product regulatory, tax, freight, and material specifications.
  • Provide Administrative Support to Sourcing Team as required.
  • Manage Supplier Non-Conformance Process for Division Sourcing team to include tracking supplier performance and facilitating entry, tracking, resolution, and reporting of documented supplier non-conformances.
  • Assist the Procurement team in workload management, contract administration, data entry, reporting, etc.
  • Manage the process to set Standard Raw Material and Toll Manufacturing Costs and ensure timely accurate submission to Division and Corporate Accounting.
  • Facilitate creation and routing of Legal Agreements such as Confidentiality Agreements through Corporate Delegation of Authority Process utilizing required contract database.
  • Support Division SIOP (Sales and Operations Planning) process by managing interface between Supply Chain and Vendors in regards to lead times, capacities, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting to address exceptions between invoicing and purchase order data, and report accuracy metrics (MRBR)
  • Prepare information on supplier quality, delivery, and cost data/reports for supplier meetings.
  • Support data conversion activities – purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material master data.
  • Assist in requisition and purchase order expediting as necessary.
  • Serve as back-up to the Corporate Admin Lead in the Textile Division Sourcing team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  •    Proficient in SAP (or similar ERP), Microsoft Office, etc.
  •    Sense of urgency with a bias towards action and ability to prioritize truly critical items
  •    Proficient in data analysis and presentation
  •    Solid understanding of costing and accounting principles
  •    Proven track record of ability to solve problems.
