POSITION TITLE 

Sales Operations Analyst, Product Stewardship 

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role enables the Product Stewardship team to improve operations, enhance customer response processes, and focus on strategic business priorities. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritize, respond efficiently, and maintain organization for information and tasks that are critical to product stewardship responses to internal sales and operations teams and our customers. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Spartanburg, SC, which maintains a hybrid work-from-home policy. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute daily document requests and associated activities. 
  • Support customer requests. 
  • Input and maintain data across various systems. 
  • Communicate and collaborate with customer service, supply chain, sourcing, operations, sales & marketing, and R&D as needed. 
  • Prepare and issue standard product regulatory documentation. 
  • Create and improve processes for regulatory document requests. 
  • Assist in product stewardship automation projects. 
  • Provide support for meetings hosted by product stewardship and sustainability teams. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma. 
  • Strong acumen in data and computer skills. 
  • Strong sense of urgency and high attention to detail. 
  • Positive and “can-do” attitude. 
  • Ability to converse with people at all levels of the organization and work with cross-functional teams. 
  • Prioritization and time-management skills. 
  • Self-starter/high sense of autonomy. 
  • Excellent communication and follow-up  skills. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS – PREFERRED

  • Proficiency with SAP andMicrosoft Office Suite, SPARK and Teams 
  • Sufficient knowledge of Milliken Chemical business processes, methodologies, tools, and information systems 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple functional organizations across a business
