POSITION TITLE
Sales Enablement & Insights Specialist
Based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the Sales Enablement & Insights Specialist supports the Sales Enablement organization by reinforcing sales processes and tools, assisting in the preparation of sales performance insights, and supporting the execution of enablement priorities across SBUs.
This role works closely with Sales Enablement leadership and SBU sales leaders to ensure accurate data capture, consistent reporting preparation, and structured insight support. The position focuses on data organization, insight preparation, and reinforcement support. It does not own CRM systems, dashboard development, or enterprise analytics strategy.
This is an individual contributor role designed to support both insight development and enablement execution across the enterprise.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reinforce adoption of sales processes and tools, including Salesforce, to ensure consistent data capture that supports accurate sales performance insights.
- Support sales managers and sellers in effective use of Salesforce for account planning, opportunity management, activity documentation, and funnel discipline, strengthening the quality of data used for insight development.
- Pull, organize, and summarize sales performance data from existing dashboards and reports, including funnel health, opportunity movement, activity metrics, account plan coverage, and customer experience inputs.
- Identify observable performance trends or data inconsistencies and escalate findings to Sales Enablement leadership to support ongoing insight development.
- Assist in preparing recurring sales performance summaries and manager-ready materials that support coaching, prioritization, and insight-driven discussions.
- Assist in preparing training materials and reinforcement communications tied to sales process expectations and CRM usage to support execution of identified insights.
- Capture field feedback related to process adoption, reporting gaps, and usage challenges, and share observations that may inform future insight refinement.
- Follow established frameworks and definitions to ensure performance metrics and sales signals are prepared consistently across SBUs.
- Coordinate with Sales Enablement and Customer Experience partners to ensure performance observations are incorporated into enablement reinforcement efforts.
- Provide support across SBUs as needed to ensure continuity in insight preparation and enablement execution.
QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in business, sales operations, analytics, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and prepare structured summaries.
QUALIFICATIONS – PREFERRED
- Internship or coursework related to sales, business analytics, or customer experience.
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- B2B commercial environment exposure.
