Position Overview

The Salesforce CRM Administrator will be responsible for championing and supporting the sales teams with reporting, addressing Salesforce CRM related issues, and improvement projects across the Floor Covering division.  Some of the daily needs include consistency and adoption of Salesforce CRM , compliance with best practices, and data integrity.  This role will also be involved in the transition and deployment of a new enterprise Salesforce CRM implementation.  This role reports to the Sales Operations Leader. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Aid in the implementation of the Enterprise Salesforce CRM project
  • Manage security, licenses, and training for users
  • Manage data maintenance and governance processes
  • Identifying and correcting errors by users and ensuring corrective action and training is taken
  • Reporting any improper and malicious usage to appropriate leaders
  • Drive user adoption to ensure success of the tool
  • Provide guidance and assistance to sales and business team as needed
  • Develop and assist with user training documents, tips & tricks, and demos
  • Perform group and one-on-one training across the organization as needed
  • Maintain sales and business process documentation
  • Develop consistent reporting and dashboards for sales processes and KPI’s
  • Provide solutions and best practices to meet business requirements as needed
  • Create and maintain custom profiles, roles and, permission sets

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and accounts, contacts, and project stages
  • Experience building reports, dashboard and analyzing data
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups in both remote and in person settings.

 

Education

  • 2+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
