The role of the Sales Enablement and CRM Implementation Leader is to oversee all CRM functions, building the business’s overall utilization, understanding and commitment to its CRM system and driving constant improvements of its customer management capabilities. 

This position is a key function in the business’s income generation strategy and in this role, he/she, will serve as partner to the various Business owners within the Division to help define how the CRM system can aid in the execution of their respective growth strategies. The role will be global, reporting to the head of Digital Technologies and will have support of a team of regional CRM administrators located in the Americas, EMEA, Asia and AUS/NZ regions.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the formulation of CRM strategies and ensure alignment with the business’s overall objectives
  • Establish a relationship with the CRM provider to evaluate new technologies and bring ideas and best practices into the organization
  • Partner with business owners, sales and marketing leaders to define how the CRM system can aid in the execution of their respective strategies
  • Lead the CRM team in data analysis on consumer insights concerning CRM programs and the business as a whole
  • Determine the scope of support necessary from other organizational departments within the Division and the Corporate IT leaders to support CRM programs and follow up on establishing those relationships
  • Lead the development and maintenance of relationships not only internally but also externally with data analysis providers to drive the most value to the CRM department and the business at large
  • Develop and manage the annual CRM budget

 

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in managing CRM initiatives, systems, and business processes or equivalent experience in sales management
  • Proven work experience in CRM or similar role; experience working with global teams
  • Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems; experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Knowledgeable about online marketing methods as well as best practices
  • Customer oriented attitude and outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility across all levels of the organization, impact decisions through formal and informal influence, and create alignment between teams
  • Strong project management skills and commercially savvy
