Advanced Financial Analyst, Specialty Interiors



This position is in Spartanburg, SC and is responsible for all aspects of Finance for the Specialty Interiors business.  The job will report to the Director, Finance & Strategy for EPP, Nonwovens, and Specialty Interiors with a strong dotted line to the Vice President Specialty Interiors.



  • Support closing activities & preparation of standard reports each financial period, including the division period financial report.
  • Ownership of the current year forecast and analysis vs. prior year and plan for Revenue, Margins, SG&A, Cost Reduction projects, and Working Capital
  • Ownership of the annual budget process
  • Support long-term strategic planning process
  • Support Specialty Interiors team with various requests for financial modeling and analysis (commercial/pricing, cost reduction, capital spend justification, etc.)




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong understanding of finance/accounting principles and concepts
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, charting) and Power Point skills



  • Experience with the financial modules of SAP or a similar software system
  • MBA or CPA
  • 4+ Years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles
  • Experience using data query tools such as SAP Business Objects or Microsoft Business Intelligence
  • Manufacturing/Plant Finance experience
