Manager, Marketing Project Management & Sales Enablement, Floor Covering

 

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manager of Sales Enablement plays a pivotal role within the Marketing Team at Milliken Floor Covering. The ideal candidate will be a project management powerhouse, capable of steering marketing projects from conception to completion with precision and efficiency. This position is responsible for driving digital marketing including lead generation and conversion strategies to enhance the digital customer experience and optimize customer segmentation. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, the incumbent will support the design and execution of the Division Sales Enablement Strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage sales excellence best practices.

This position is located at Milliken’s Global Headquarters in Spartanburg, SC.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Conduct analytics tracking to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing and sales operations.
  • Enhance our social media presence managing campaigns with defined KPI’s and successful lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline the digital selling process and enhance customer engagement.
  • Drive lead conversion strategies, working closely with the sales team to nurture leads into customers.
  • Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns to target multiple end markets including commercial office, hospitality, education, and healthcare.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize lead generation processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the integration and utilization of industry-leading CRM, ERP, and Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Manage and optimize customer segmentation processes to ensure targeted and personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments across various end markets, enhancing overall engagement and conversion rates.
  • Oversee and refine digital lead funnels to drive marketing qualified leads, including tracking conversions and effectively assigning leads to the sales team, ensuring seamless handoffs and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to internal stakeholders on sales enablement best practices, marketing automation tools, and digital customer experience initiatives.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Sales Enablement, or related roles with proven project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading CRM, ERP, and Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
  • Strong data and analytics skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
