POSITION TITLE

Guest Services Coordinator

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for execution of associate and customer visits, internal/external meetings, and events.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain scheduling system for the Customer Center, Guest House, and internal partners

• Creation and organizing name tags, name tents, reports, and documents for customer visits

• Assisting the host if any last-minute requests with AV equipment or document generation

• Welcome guests upon arrival and work with the security team on the check in process

• Verify all set up needs and catering delivery

• Agenda maintenance: learn and be aware of agendas for the customer center daily, and can make changes, recognize time issues, and respond in an accommodating manner

• Generates and distributes all daily and weekly reporting to execute event and customer requests (Security report, Coffee Shop Report, Catering Report, Daily Report)

• Straightening of all meeting spaces before and after meetings

• Verify the cleaning standards are met, and cleaning calendar is accomplished to be able to meet Milliken expectations

• Make sure the Innovation Gallery equipment clean, in working condition, and the experience circle is well maintained

• Willingness to learn how to trouble shoot AV equipment and if needed, work with our IT team in putting in help tickets and keeping all instructions up to date for room usage

• Work with vendors on carpet cleaning needs and scheduling

• Work with the Guest Services manager in covering all customer/guest arrivals and departures

• Train to be a docent for tours of the Innovation Gallery

• Help in the execution of all events held at the Customer Center. To include set up verification, liaison between contractors, building services, and security.

 

QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED

High School Diploma, college degree a plus

• Hospitality/customer service experience
