POSITION TITLE

Administrative Finance Support Specialist - Master Data

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Enterprise Data Management/Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. This position is located at Milliken & Company’s corporate headquarters in Spartanburg, SC. The position reports directly to the General Accounting Manager. The work schedule is Monday – Friday (hybrid), 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Provide administrative support for master data entry and data governance

•          Provide administrative support and coordination of the audit software – GRC

•          Communicate with customers to help resolve web portal issues in a timely manner

•          Respond to ad hoc requests for data in a timely manner, continuously seeking efficiencies in the way work gets processed to ensure all information is consistent, accurate and timely in its delivery

•          Perform bank verifications

 

QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED

•          Associates degree

•          Proficient in Excel and Word

 

QUALIFICATIONS – PREFERRED

•          Degree in Finance or Accounting

•          Financial or internal controls experience

•          SAP experience
