POSITION TITLE

Advanced Talent Management Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine meaningful, end-to-end Talent Acquisition work with exposure to broader Talent Management initiatives in a collaborative, enterprise environment. The Advanced Talent Management Specialist (TA Focus) will spend the majority of their time driving high-quality recruiting outcomes while also contributing to programs that support team effectiveness, development, and engagement. This balance allows the role to remain hands-on and impactful while providing opportunities to expand skills beyond traditional recruiting.

This position reports to the Manager, Talent Management and partners closely with HR leaders, business leaders, and hiring managers to ensure high-quality talent outcomes and a strong candidate and employee experience.

This position is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and will be based at our corporate office in Spartanburg, SC.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies across all phases of the talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent and build sustainable pipelines
  • Build a deep understanding of business objectives and role requirements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners
  • Own and continuously enhance the candidate experience
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive improvement
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in Talent Central (ATS) and related systems
  • Stay current on labor market trends and best practices
  • Support Talent Management programs and initiatives
  • Assist with program planning, coordination, and evaluation
  • Partner on continuous improvement and documentation efforts 

 

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field or applicable years of experience
  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with professional positions that range in scope from entry level to leadership roles
  • In-depth experience sourcing and recruiting via different avenues, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS Searches, etc.
  • Self-directed with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Desire to stretch into other Talent Management duties including but not limited to facilitation, program management, development, etc.

 

QUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED

  • Experience recruiting for technical and niche positions (i.e. finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with and interpret recruiting related metrics and trends
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
