JOB DESCRIPTION                                                

 

 

JOB TITLE:              Customer Service Representative        

DEPARTMENT:        Customer Service Asia, Textile             

REPORTS TO:           Asia CSR Manager                                

 

SUMMARY:  Provides customer service to domestic and international customers and general administrative support to the International Sales Team.

 

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3~5 years work experience in customer service or sales support.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Incoming orders processing for Chinese and international brands, order follow up, shipments coordinate, and provide after-sales support include handling complaints.
  • Hangtag and label processing via SML E- platform and follow up.
  • Interface effectively with internal departments to gather and research information needed to address customer queries and orders.
  • Provide general administrative sales support to the Sales team, performing a wide variety of tasks including price checking, tech sheet providing, sample requests, lab dip processing for customized colors and more.
  • New customer onboarding and data processing in company system EDM and SAP.
  • Assist the credit and finance team with customer payments and documentation.
  • Filing, report generation, tracking paperwork, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as required or directed.

 

 

OTHER FUNCTIONS/SKILLS:

  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain level headed in stressful situations.
  • Good spoken English and writing.
  • Experiences in textile Industry is a plus.
  • Good team player.
  • Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
