POSITION OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Specialist administers and coordinates Global Recycled Standard (GRS) transaction certificate applications for Milliken's Apparel SBU in Asia-Pacific. This newly created role handles the end-to-end preparation and submission of TC applications to third-party certification bodies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet growing customer sustainability requirements. The specialist serves as the key bridge between Milliken, customers, suppliers, and certification bodies in our GRS compliance process, while providing flexible support for related supply chain and logistics operations as business needs evolve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

1. Prepare and submit GRS Transaction Certificate applications through third-party certification portals for all Apparel SBU products
2. Collect, verify, and reconcile supporting documents including purchase orders, sales invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, supplier certificates, and volume reconciliation reports from SAP/ERP and supplier systems
3. Input detailed transaction data into third-party GRS certification portals with precision, ensuring all required fields, documentation uploads, and customer-specific requirements are accurately completed
4. Liaise with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, etc.) and external partners (suppliers, customers, certification bodies, etc.) to clarify discrepancies, resolve documentation gaps, and ensure complete applications
5. Track TC application workflow status across all active cases and proactively follow up with certification bodies and stakeholders to avoid delays and meet customer deadlines
6. Maintain organized digital filing systems for all transaction certificates and related documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness
7. Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline TC workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce turnaround time, document standard operating procedures for continuity
8. Support annual GRS audits by preparing TC-related documentation for third-party auditor review and staying current on GRS certification requirement updates
9. Provide flexible support for related supply chain and logistics operations as business needs evolve, ensuring team adaptability and operational continuity

1.      通过第三方认证平台，为功能性服饰事业部（Apparel SBU）的所有产品准备并提交 GRS 交易证书（TC）申请。

2.      收集、核实并核对各类支持性文件，包括采购订单、销售发票、装箱单、运输单据、供应商证书以及源自 SAP/ERP 和供应商系统的数量核对报告。

3.      将详细的交易数据精准录入第三方 GRS 认证平台，确保所有必填字段、文件上传及客户特定的各项要求均得到准确填写与落实。

4.      与内部团队（如客户服务、物流、采购、销售等）及外部合作伙伴（如供应商、客户、认证机构等）保持密切沟通，以澄清数据差异、弥补文件缺失，并确保申请资料的完整性。

5.      全程追踪所有进行中案例的 TC 申请流程状态，并主动与认证机构及相关利益方进行跟进，以避免延误并确保按时满足客户的交付期限要求。

6.      建立并维护所有交易证书及相关文件的数字化归档系统，确保资料易于检索，并随时做好接受审计检查的准备。

7.      识别流程改进机会，以优化 TC 申请流程、提升数据准确性并缩短周转周期；同时，编制并完善标准操作程序（SOP），以确保业务运作的连续性。

8.      协助开展年度 GRS 认证审计工作，负责准备供第三方审计员审阅的 TC 相关文件，并持续关注 GRS 认证要求的最新动态与更新。

9.      根据业务需求的变化，灵活协助支持相关的供应链及物流运营工作，从而确保团队具备良好的适应能力，并保障业务运营的连续性。

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in textiles, supply chain/logistics, international trade, or commerce preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in textile/apparel supply chain, logistics, import & export documentation, or international trade
• Familiarity with textile production flows (yarn to fabric to finished goods) preferred
• ERP system experience (SAP preferred); proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online portals
• Native Chinese proficiency; good English reading and writing skills
• Prior experience with sustainability certifications (GRS, RCS, GOTS) a plus

•       本科及以上学历，纺织、供应链/物流、国际贸易或商务相关专业优先

•       具备至少3年以上纺织/服装供应链、物流、进出口单证或国际贸易相关工作经验

•       熟悉纺织品生产流程（从纱线到面料再到成品的整个过程）者优先

•       具备ERP系统操作经验（SAP优先）；熟练使用MS Office办公软件（Excel、Word）及各类在线协作平台

•       母语级中文水平；具备良好的英语读写能力

•       拥有可持续发展认证（如GRS、RCS、GOTS）相关工作经验者优先
