Sales account Manager will present, close and service sales of Polartec products to present and potential customers in accordance with assigned revenue and margin objectives as well as development of new market objectives.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business, marketing or related field or equivalent.

At least 5 years of related sales experience

Travel within China required

Additional travels to US and Europe required


Essential Functions:

Identify opportunities to meet annual sales and profit goals and company mid-term objectives.

Execute successful sell-in plan in accordance with go-to-market plans for assigned accounts territory

Maintain unrivaled knowledge of territory, customer line plans, Polartec product line and overall competitive dynamic within assigned markets

Provide market and customer insight to product creation process

Provide accurate updates throughout the selling cycle to inform forecasts and support customer service of booked orders

Submit accurate and timely reports of sales activity, customer service issues, and follow through on assigned initiatives

Attend sales meetings and trade shows; make effective presentations to customers and colleagues

Perform other duties as required or directed


Other Functions / skills:

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong computer skills (MS Office) and CRM tools

Language: fluent English and Chinese
