Specialist, Product Marketing- Ovik Health
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist who can translate product capabilities and technical information into clear, effective marketing materials that support product commercialization and sales success. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, quality/regulatory, and corporate marketing to ensure product messaging, documentation, and marketing assets accurately communicate product value while aligning with company brand standards.
This role focuses on product-focused marketing execution, including product content management, sales enablement materials, and marketing collateral development. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment. You will be challenged daily, supported by a collaborative team, and recognized for helping translate product innovation into market impact.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop product-focused marketing materials including presentations, sales collateral, product summaries, technical bulletins, and other tools that support sales and distributor education.
- Translate technical product information into clear, customer-facing messaging that communicates product benefits and differentiators.
- Maintain and update product documentation including Instructions for Use (IFUs), manuals, labeling, and related materials in coordination with R&D and Quality/Regulatory teams.
- Upload and maintain product documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure marketing content reflects approved product information.
- Maintain accurate product information across digital platforms including the company website, intranet, and CRM systems.
- Develop product packaging concepts and layouts, ensuring alignment with product messaging and corporate brand standards.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate revisions with vendors and printers as needed.
- Coordinate product marketing projects from concept through completion, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track and organize product marketing collateral and digital assets to ensure availability and consistency across teams.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to ensure product marketing materials align with brand standards and communication guidelines.
- Support preparation of product-related materials used in tradeshows, sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing initiatives.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and distributors regarding product performance, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product positioning.
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or graphic design. Experience within healthcare, medical device, or a regulated industry preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with basic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, R&D, and corporate marketing.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple digital ,print, and experiential projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with medical device quality systems (e.g., Greenlight Guru) or willingness to learn compliance processes in a regulated environment.
The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing regulated product documentation and marketing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical product information into clear messaging.
- Self-starter who can manage projects independently while contributing to team success.
