This position is located in Portage, Wisconsin at Encapsys, a wholly owned subsidiary of Milliken. At Milliken, our work begins behind the scenes often taking shape in a lab. The Process Operator is responsible for the safe and accurate handling of raw and finished goods/materials, production and material handling equipment. Duties include packaging and accurately labeling finished goods, following SOP’s to ensure critical process steps are completed timely and in the sequence required, and support other plant functions as directed.





  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
  • Keyboarding and general computer knowledge/experience preferred
