Position reports to the Supply Chain Manager. Candidate must be available to work a 12 hour rotating shift including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

  1. UNLOAD, INSPECT, AND RECEIVE INCOMING FREIGHT
  1. LOAD AND SHIP OUT-GOING FREIGHT
  1. TICKET AND PACK OPW ROLLS
  1. WRAP AND TICKET NON-OPW ROLLS
  1. MAINTAIN STORAGE LOCATIONS
  1. MAINTAIN DOCK AREAS
  1. ASSESS AND ROTATE STOCK, CORRECT ANY NONCONFORMANCES RELATED TO WHS DUTIES
  1. LOAD WASTE AND RETURNABLES TRAILERS
  1. PUT UP WOOD AND PAPER ROLLS
  1. BEAM TYPES
  1. SECURING AND SHIPPING OSCAR SHIPMENTS (INTERCEPT/SETU)
  1. CHECK FOR NON-CONFORMANCE IN WAREHOUSE
  1. C-TPAT REQUIREMENTS
  1. DIRECT SHIPMENT FROM PINE MOUNTAIN
  1. RETRIEVE/LOAD ROLLS FROM RACKS, INSPECTION TABLES, PACKING TABLE
  1. PLACING AND ORGANIZING EXTERNAL WARPS IN STORAGE AREA
  1. RECEIPT OF SUPPLIES AND INDIRECT MATERIAL
  1. SAP – HU02 – REMOVE BATCHES FROM A HANDLING UNIT
  1. SAP – PREPARE AND SHIP A CHINA MAXCELL SHIPMENT
  1. SAP – SHIPPING DIRECT FROM PINE MOUNTAIN TO AN EXTERNAL CUSTOMER
  1. SAP – SHIPPING SKID SHIP TO OTHER MILLIKEN LOCATIONS
  1. SAP – SHIPPING STO’S TO OTHER MILLIKEN LOCATIONS
  1. CUT WASTE ROLLS AFTER SCRAPPED BY PPI
  1. PREPARING AND SHIPPING FIBERGLASS SHIPMENTS
  1. SCHEDULE TRUCKS TO PICK UP OUT-GOING FREIGHT
  1. MOVE YARNS TO SES, WARPER, WR2, EXTRUDING YARN STORAGE
  1. STACKING PROCEDURES FOR WAREHOUSE
  1. STAGING PROCEDURES FOR WAREHOUSE
  1. CHECK CONDITION OF PIV TRUCK
  2. ANY OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR
  3. RECORD AND NOTIFY CARRIER, S/C ADMIN AND/OR S/C LEADEROF ANY NONCONFORMANCE WITH INCOMINGNSHIPMENTS
  4. INSPECT AND DOCUMENT TRAILER CONDITIONS PRIOR TO LOADING
  5. RECORD ROLL BATCHES AS LOADED ON TRAILER LOAD LIST AND COLLECT STUB TO BE USED FOR SHIPPING
