The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, for all aspects of service and customer care.  

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining active working relationships with customers (internal and external), especially key accounts
• Collaborating with other teams to provide the best customer service experience
• Entering and managing all types of sales orders through to completion, including (but not limited to) order entry, quotations, follow-up on purchase orders, confirmation of shipment dates, assisting in tracking and expediting orders through production and shipping, delivery enquiries and tracking of shipments and processing of payments.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions within the scope of the role 
• Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence 

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills
• Strong SAP, Sales & Distribution Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to a high level of accuracy and detail
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes open communication and teamwork
• Ability to plan and work efficiently and effectively 
• Experience with domestic and international freight advantageous
