Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
Responsibilities:
As a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator you will oversee our compensation & benefits packages across our European sites. You will be the point of contact for all our remote working associates and oversee the induction of newly hired associates. You will coach, lead, support our Payroll Officer and work closely together with her to ensure the best possible service to the team. Let’s see what other exciting responsibilities await you once you join the Milliken Family:
- You coordinate around 20 international payrolls via our regional payroll partners.
- You ensure the benefits offered are delivered efficiently by the relevant providers
- You align with external professional advisors to ensure the correct tax treatment for our ex-pat associates.
- You review periodically the compensation & benefits offering against the relevant benchmarks and act as a trendwatcher on this subject.
- You maintain the regions car fleet via the agreed policy and keep in close contact with our purchasing department on contract renewals and service levels provided by our fleet partners.
- You support the local HR teams with the necessary information and provide accurate data reporting to help manage the compensation and benefits budget.
- You will travel to our European sites to keep a close relationship with the different HR partners in these locations
- You will report to our European Payroll & Benefits Director.
Profile:
- You are a great team player and have a problem-solving spirit.
- A prior experience in people management is a plus.
- You thrive when you can consult, support and maintain relationships with a variety of contacts across different levels of the business and in different regions in Europe.
- You know your way in international payroll and are an expert in Belgian payroll and benefits.
- You love facts, figures, and data to guarantee the best possible budget handling and to keep our finance colleagues happy.
- You are open to travel on a regular basis to our European sites
- Explaining yourself in Dutch and English comes naturally to you. Add German to that list and we will like you even more!
