Burn Care Senior Account Manager

Location: Southern California/Arizona

Targeted Salary Range: $85K - $100K + Sales Incentive Plan 


Job Description: Individual in this position will be part of a dynamic team with a proven track record of selling and supporting the commercialization of FDA registered medical devices. In this role, the individual will routinely interact with Milliken Healthcare’s Sales Management, Business / Division Leadership, and Customers.


In this role the Associate will be responsible for activities in the following Burn Care areas:

  • Direct account responsibility for assigned burn center accounts
  • Align with Sales Manager and Burn Care Specialist to identify target accounts and develop account strategies
  • Will be responsible for advancing all phases of the sales process at assigned burn centers
  • Strategically launch and promote additional Milliken products within assigned Region
  • Support of product trials including staff education: OR, ICU, floor, and outpatient
  • Align with Sales Manager and Burn Care Specialist to support current and new customers including pricing and contracting strategies
  • Provide sales support at trade shows
  • KOL relationship development
  • Support key customer initiatives
  • Track and analyze trends in the US markets for Milliken’s product lines
  • Develop and manage a forecast (size, growth, market share, by segment and competitor) and analysis (competitive dynamics, evolving business models, customer buying behaviors, etc.)
  • Provide clear and concise business presentations
  • Performance vs Plan across full portfolio of products
  • Lead, develop and educate both direct and indirect representatives



· College degree

· Acute care (O.R.) sales / business development experience (burn care experience a MUST)

· Previous experience selling to Burn Centers

· >5 years of acute care medical device sales experience / support with direct customer contact

· Medical device NPD / new product launch experience is a plus

· Travel 50%-75% within designated territory

· Strong innovation skill set with excellent communication skills
