Millitron/ Excalibur Team Leader Job description:
Shift Schedule: Rotating
Pay Grade: Specialist
Overview:
The primary function of the Echo 5/6 Millitron Team lead position is to lead Safety, Quality and productivity initiatives on the production floor. This position will also act as the trainer for Millitron Operators, Pit Operators and Rovers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead morning production reviews with Management, Supervisors, Engineering
- Perform audits deemed necessary by Process and Production teams
- Lead and/or assist in the completion of necessary 5-Why’s
- Making decisions about manning and production
- Troubleshooting range issues
- Aid in troubleshooting of Streaks, Bands, seams, registration, etc.
- Perform DTM/PM on ranges, including Millium and other auxiliary equipment
- Aid in slat changes and colorway changes as needed
- Fill in for Millitron Operators and/or Pit Operators as needed
In the future, responsibilities may include R401 Millitron maintenance and/or Excalibur maintenance
Requirements include:
- Proficient use of Millitron computer and functionality
- Extensive experience troubleshooting Millitron issues
- Team leadership capability
- Understanding of Echo Scheduling and dye services processes
