70X Flow Leader Job Description

Overview

  • The primary function of this job is to facilitate the flow of material from the back of 70X ranges to the warehouse for shipping.
  • Associate will be responsible for:
  • Auditing confirmation paperwork
  • Auditing that all confirming procedures are being followed
  • Create Final Confirmations and complete all needed documentation on all orders
  • Perform and Audit all quality checks
  • Investigate all orders that are short
  • Assist in all areas where needed on the range and off the range.
  • Manage/Audit all scrap confirmations and movements
  • Manage all NCP areas
  • Manage/monitor usage variances
  • Balance resources between R703, R704 based on product and needs

Requirements

  1. Must be proficient in SAP
  2. Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  3. Must have and maintain lift truck license
  4. Must maintain training and certification on Booking/Packaging/Quality Reporter/Quality Certifier
  5. Must be able to perform demonstrated skills test for inventory transactions
  6. Attend Dept. and team meetings

Hours/Reporting

  1. Associate will report to the 70X Production Supervisor
