ob Summary:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Alma and Duncan Stewart Finance team.  This position is located at Milliken & Company’s Duncan Stewart Plant in LaGrange Georgia.  The position reports directly to the Plant Accounting Leader.  The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for plant data entry including payroll
  • Provide administrative support for plant cost and productivity
  • Enter and track CERs and ADOEs
  • Assist with quarterly inventory activities and period cycle count tracking
  • Backup supply room clerk



Qualifications – Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (eg. Excel, Word, Access etc.)
  • SAP experience
