Broadloom Operator

Job Description

The purpose of this job is to fulfill operator level jobs and tasks in the Broadloom value stream.

Jobs in this class are:

  1. R401 Inspector
  2. R101 Inspector
  3. A-Frame Operator
  4. R101 Mapper
  5. Cut Table Operator
  6. Rover
  7. AR Cutter
  8. AR Inspector

Some skills required for these positions include:

  • Mapping carpet in MES and standardize mapping comments
  • Know Broadloom Defect Codes
  • Know Broadloom Off Quality Codes
  • Use SAP and transaction codes for batches and non-conforming product process.
  • Use text codes for information for order entry and range instructions
  • DTM of equipment



The position will report to the Broadloom Supervisor.


This is a non-rotating, 1st shift position with a normal schedule of M-F, but some weekends may be required.
