Live Oak - Echo Exit Inspector

The Live Oak Plant has open positions in the Echo Inspection area.  The Echo Inspector operator is an entry level position.  The process is responsible for manufacturing modular carpet tile.


The primary function of this position is to facilitate the process of moving tiles down range, Greige Base and dyes and operate equipment within the Tile Department at Live Oak.

Some responsibilities are:

  • Identify defects in carpet
  • Make layouts and grade shade/shade to master
  • Book carpet orders
  • Follow all safety rules


Some of the skills needed to be successful in these positions are:

  • Proficient in SAP is preferred
  • Able to perform demonstrated skills test for inventory transactions
  • Able to read range operator screens and understand what process to follow
  • Able to read the Echo production schedule and block schedule
  • Read Echo block schedule
  • Must be able to operate packaging equipment in Echo Department
  • Attend and participate in Departmental and Team meetings


Hours / Reporting: 

8-hour shifts

Associates will report to the Echo Production Supervisor
