Echo Technical Flow Leader Job Description


  • The primary function of this job is to facilitate the flow of material from the back of the Echo ranges to the warehouse for shipping with an emphasis on T-back, Shearing and Planking
  • Associate will be responsible for:
    • Auditing that all confirming procedures are being followed
    • Auditing confirmation paperwork
    • Auditing inventory and NCP areas
    • Run, troubleshoot, and confirm orders on secondary processes (i.e. Large tile T-back, Shear Machine, etc.)
    • Balancing resources in each of the production areas (Filling vacancies and giving breaks)
  • Manage Echo NCP areas to insure orders are moving according to sales order date or management direction
    • Sub batch requests
    • Scrap off quality from NCP or final certification areas and turn in short sheet information to planning
  • Quality and inventory audits


  1. Up to date certification in offline, online, Rover, and Assistant positions and maintain this certification.
  2. Must be proficient in SAP
  3. Must be able to perform demonstrated skills test for inventory transactions
  4. Must be efficient in the required use of Excel, Word and Explorer
  5. Must have and maintain lift truck license and be able to drive a fork lift and Big Joe to fulfill assigned duties
  6. Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  7. Attend Echo Department and Team meetings
  8. Capable of Training New Associates in all required Areas (Online, Offline, Rover, Assistant)
  9. Capable of mending off quality product efficiently

Hours / Reporting: 

  1. This job will be straight shift, six days a week, eight hours a day.
  2. Hours may change according to business needs
  3. Associates will report to the Echo Production Supervisor
