The Milliken Highland Plant has an immediate opening for a "Frame Hauler" to move material and stage rolls of fabric on grading frames for inspection. The open position is on third shift with work hours from 12am to 8am. 

 

Job Summary: Position is responsible for relocating rolls of fabric to be inspected by loading and unloading Inspection Frames, transporting rolls of fabric onto storage trailers, transporting rolls of fabric into Warehouse
rack locations, and accurately locating the rolls transported using RF Scanners and the BPCS computer system.

Job Requirements:
•    Must work safely, attend all required safety meetings, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
•    Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely operate a forklift and roll handling equipment. 
•    Must pass and obtain an internal Forklift license and have prior forklift experience.
•    Safely transport fabric rolls to inspection locations, load rolls onto storage trailers and/or load rolls into warehouse rack locations, using squeeze bars or ram-pole equipped forklifts.
•    Must demonstrate the ability to understand and perform transactions within the BPCS manufacturing software system.
•    Must demonstrate the ability to operate RF Scanning equipment proficiently.
•    Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, as well as demonstrate the safe operation of the roll handling hoist.
•    Must be able to push and pull the hoist to desired location, ensuring that all safety devices are in place.
•    Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager and/or Lead-Persons.
