Job Description:
The MARC Clerk position is a first shift position in the Dye Department reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager at the Magnolia Finishing Plant in Blacksburg, SC. This job is responsible for purchasing indirect materials, inventory controls and Dye consumptions daily.

Responsibilities:
1. Promote safety and environmental awareness in the assigned process area and while working with Plant Committees and other associates to continuously improve safety in area(s).
2. Learning and utilizing Plant systems such as SAP for ordering indirect materials
3. Updating consumption and inventory of all Dye indirect materials daily.
4. Clearing the COGI system in SAP daily.
5. Contacting vendors if there are any late deliveries or other issues
6. Entering all cycle counts and inventories for Dye, Prep and Finishing chemicals on a periodic basis and being available for the period inventories.
7. Receiving into SAP, inventory all dyes and chemicals delivered, file corresponding documentation and save in SAP the required receiving documentation.
8. Daily monitoring and recording of tank farm chemical levels.
9. Working with Plant Cost Leader to ensure correct consumption of dye mixes.
10. Checking inventory in SLOC 1006 and manually consuming and dye mixes that have been held up.
11. Scanning COA’s and keeping them organized
12. ISO Admin to upload SPI’s and other documents.
13. Completing daily paperwork and auditing the off loading of chemicals
14. Auditing of the loading process
15. Scheduling deliveries
16. Powder dye consumption reconciliation
17. Highly experienced with Microsoft applications(excel, word, powerpoint, etc)
18. Experience with SAP
19. Daily inventory of all chemicals and dyes
20. Bom Management implementation
21. Cross Trained on plant chemical handler job
22. Any other task assigned by supervisor
Comments: 1st shift Pay: Top rate $19.96
