Job Title – Data Analyst Associate for Physical Testing Lab

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly creation and maintenance of data and charts for the Physical Testing Lab. Tasks include data review, data entry, data analysis, chart creation, maintaining spreadsheets, interacting with lab personnel, interacting with business personnel, and learning lab testing. Good communication skills and excellent computer skills are a must.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Review QI Stock report from SAP daily to determine testing status of on hold materials.

Review test data in SAP and make determinations on releasing materials.

Monitor testing through-put of materials and testing priority within the lab.

Input test data to SAP and MTS.

Create COCs using SAP and MTS.

Maintain test specifications in MTS.

Monitor out of spec and testing non-conformance.

Analyze non-conformances based on style using history from SAP, MTS, and databases.

Compile test data history based on style and specific tests as requested by production or business.

Maintain calibration scheduling.

Analyze and review Product Capability.

Update/Modify testing plans for support of new products.

Conduct specialty testing in the lab as needed.

 

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or 2-3 years’ experience in similar field preferred.

Must be an advanced user of Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and SAP.

Strong communication skills and able to work independently.

Able to work on multiple projects/issues/requests at one time.

Strong organization skills.

Strong analytical skills.

 

 

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday – Friday 8am-4pm, occasional weekend work

Top Pay: $20.46

Comments: Excel test will be given in the interview
