POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is located at our Appleton, Wisconsin facility. The Supply Chain Management Intern will be working with our Supply Chain team on projects such as software (SAP) data preparation, reporting, and inventory support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleanse and update Item Master/Vendor Master/Customer Master programs
• Reporting and data analysis
• Support process documentation
• Support and prepare inventory reports and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• At least 18 years of age by June 5, 2023.
• Accepted or enrolled in a two-year or four-year college or university as a full-time student for 2023 fall semester. 
  • "Full time" requires each student to carry at least 12 credits per semester. 
  • Documentation of enrollment or acceptance into college must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to beginning work. 
  • Students enrolled in a graduate program will be considered only if more openings are available than the number of interested undergraduate candidates received.
• Available to work 10 consecutive weeks during the core months of June, July and August.  Time off for students may be granted for critical events and must be approved in advance by the manager of the department.
• Physically able to perform the essential elements of office jobs.

The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:

• Preferably pursing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Planning and Management, or related field
• Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Visio experience
• Attention to detail
• Conseptual understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) 
• Interest in a career in Supply Chain Management
