Adv Process Improvement Engineer - Alma

Responsibilities

1.             Writes work instructions and standard practice instructions,

2.             Reviews product process performance,

3.             Writes process standards, maintains process standards in the Process Improvement-Maintenance

                Manual),

4.             Writes standard analytical procedure,

5.             Initiates preventive action teams

6.             Implements measures to improve machine runability, improve quality levels and reduce cost,

7.             Use statistical techniques where applicable,

8.             Initiates and follows up on sample request

9.             Scheduling machinery maintenance activities

10.           Initiate action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity

11.           Identify and record any product quality problem

12.           Initiate, recommend, provide solutions through designated channels

13.           Verify the implementation of solutions

14.           Control further processing or delivery of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory

                condition has been corrected

15.           Perform all other necessary duties as assigned by the Plant Engineer and

16.           Responsible for writing Separation Procedures
