What Will You Do?
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for interaction with production associates in the manufacturing areas of Milliken plants. You’ll manage machine schedules and personnel requirements needed to run your manufacturing department, and you’ll partner with the Product/Process Improvement department to insure that the products you’re producing are top-quality.
You will improve machine performance and increase value to our customers, while managing all of these in a cost-effective manner. Also, you will interact with all levels of management within Milliken & Company.
Where Can You Go?
You can move into career areas outside of Manufacturing Management or you can be promoted to more responsible positions aligned with the Manufacturing Management career path, such as an Advanced Production Manager or a Senior Production Manager.
